Albanyoak's quality policy is to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services that consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers.

 

This level of quality is achieved through adoption of a system of procedures that reflect the competence of the Company to existing customers, potential customers, and independent auditing authorities.

 

The company will operate a quality system which conforms to ISO 9001:2015 which enables the company to comply with all requirements relevant to the operation of the company.

 

Achievement of this policy involves all staff, who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all. This policy is provided and explained to each employee by the Managing Director, Technical Director or Technical Manager.

 

To achieve and maintain the required level of assurance the Managing Director retains responsibility for the Quality System with routine operation controlled by the Technical Manager.

 

The company aims to continually improve upon its quality by:

        Setting clear company objectives and targets.

        Reviewing and assessing the company's performance at regular meetings of a quality committee.

        Promoting awareness throughout all levels of the company and ensuring that all staff are provided with such information, training, supervision, and equipment as needed to carry out this policy

        Auditing to ensure that quality procedures are being followed and that our objectives are being achieved.

       Reviewing the management system to ensure its continuing suitability.
